Why this guide exists
But suddenly, you may have dozens of questions.
You may be wondering what your diagnosis means, what your next appointment should cover, which records to gather, what different specialists may discuss, and how to keep everything organized.
You do not need to become an acoustic neuroma expert overnight.
You need a place to slow things down, record what you know, mark what still needs explaining, and prepare better questions.

Keep important information together over time.
Record recommendations, reasoning, questions and follow-up.

Why I created this
I created this guide because I remember what it felt like to have more questions than answers.
My own acoustic neuroma journey included years of symptoms, a large tumor, brain surgery, and a recovery that continued long after I left the hospital.
This workbook grew from something I wished for during that journey: one calm place to organize information, prepare questions, and keep track of what mattered.
My experience is not your prognosis. Your story is your own.You Are Not Alone.
