Information we collect

When you request the free Starter Guide, ANW collects the first name and email address you enter, your consent choice, the signup source, and the date and time of your request.

• Limited technical request information, including an originating IP address when it is provided by trusted website infrastructure

How we use this information

ANW uses this information to record your request, deliver the Starter Guide, manage respectful email communication, understand where a signup came from, support consent records, and protect the reliability and security of the signup service.

Where subscriber information is stored

A signup record is stored in the Site database before ANW asks MailerLite to create or update the email subscriber. MailerLite is ANW’s current email-delivery provider and processes subscriber information so the guide and related patient-friendly communications can be delivered.

Technical information and location attribution

When trusted website infrastructure provides the originating visitor IP address, ANW may pass it to MailerLite as signup and opt-in attribution. ANW does not ask you to enter your country and does not assign or hard-code a country. Location information shown by an email provider may be estimated from technical information and may not always be precise.

Data minimization and security

ANW asks only for information needed for the Starter Guide and related email communication. The public form does not request medical records, diagnosis details, treatment history, or account passwords. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Sharing and selling information

ANW does not sell subscriber information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website and email delivery, such as the Site hosting and database environment and MailerLite, or when disclosure is required by law.

Analytics and cookies

ANW uses Google Analytics 4 only after you choose Allow analytics in the website privacy notice. When enabled, analytics helps ANW understand pages viewed, general acquisition source, device or browser category, approximate geographic area, and privacy-safe guide actions such as a signup, checkout start, verified purchase, or PDF download. These conversion events do not include your name, email address, medical information, Stripe session ID, or payment details. ANW uses this information in aggregate to improve patient-friendly resources and understand website growth.

Optional analytics is disabled by default. Choosing Necessary only does not block the website, Starter Guide, checkout, or paid-guide delivery. Your choice is stored in your browser so the website can remember it, and you can reopen Privacy choices at any time.

Google processes analytics information under its own privacy terms. ANW disables Google signals and advertising-personalization signals in this implementation. Basic operational information may still be processed by the hosting platform to serve and secure the website.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing or patient-friendly update emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in those emails. You may also contact ANW to ask a privacy question or request help with your subscriber information.

External links

The website may link to social platforms, healthcare information, or other external websites. Their privacy practices are controlled by those organizations, and ANW encourages you to review their policies before sharing information.

Children and minors

The Starter Guide signup is intended for adults and caregivers. ANW does not knowingly collect subscriber information from children under 13. A parent or guardian should contact ANW if they believe a child has submitted information.
